The exercises in my classes have their origins in yoga, but are specifically aimed at mental and physical training for a healthy pregnancy and delivery.
You will learn a broad spectrum of postures, movements, forms of breathing and voice that will keep you actively and consciously engaged throughout the birthing process. This active role will ensure that you feel connected to your body, your child and your partner and dare to embark on the process with confidence. That way your body can do what it was made for.
